FEATURED OFFERING: LIT Sprint

The LIT Sprint is designed to quickly identify core tensions and leadership action steps. The Sprint is comprised of four 45-minute sessions, culminating in an action plan and summary report.
Who it’s for: Leaders who seek thought partnership and coaching to deepen their journey. Typically, we work with emerging and seasoned leaders, those managing up, down and across, within public health, healthcare, philanthropy, nonprofit, and social impact organizations.

OUR TEAM
Jen Lewis-Walden (they/she) and Kara Majkut (she/they) teamed up for this offer based on our passion for transformative leadership and changing systems to accelerate justice and shared values of equity, agency, and emergence.
